Three Michelin-Starred Chef Adds Restaurant To Princess Ship

Princess Cruises will introduce French speciality restaurant ‘La Mer’ on to its two newest ships, Sky Princess and Enchanted Princess. The dining venue was first opened on Majestic Princess, the most recent addition to the line’s fleet in 2017. La Mer is the creation of three Michelin-starred chef, Emmanuel Renaut, who has previously worked in restaurants that include Claridge’s, Hotel de Crillon and Auberge de l’Eridan. The Southampton Cruise Terminal Makeover Making Embarkation Significantly Smoother

The UK’s most popular cruise terminal is about to undergo a £12 million project of significant improvements. Ocean Cruise Terminal at the Port of Southampton will be subject to a host of upgrades, of which the construction work will take just over a year to complete.
