It only takes around 15 minutes to walk to Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure, and a mere five minutes to reach Volcano Bay.
Free Transport
It’s no secret that fees on smaller aspects of your holiday, such as transport to and from your hotel, can soon add up. However, with the free shuttle bus available at Universal Studios, wave goodbye to these surprise transfer costs!
The complimentary shuttle bus will stop directly outside your hotel and take you straight to the heart of the action in the parks. The journey takes a speedy five minutes, and there are usually busses every 15 minutes, running up until 2am.
Alternatively, if you’re tired at the end of your grand day out and don’t want to walk back, why not take the complimentary water taxi? These fun transfers also run every 15 minutes, up until 2:30am.
Drink, Dine & Shop ‘Til You Drop
At Universal CityWalk, experience the ultimate dining and entertainment hub. Here, you can savour delicious eats at unique restaurants, enjoy live music, and dance the night away at vibrant clubs.
Highlights include the Toothsome Chocolate Emporium, Hard Rock Café, and Voodoo doughnuts. Located directly outside of the parks, CityWalk will roughly be a 15 minute walk from your on-site hotel.
For shopaholics who want to splash the cash at CityWalk, but don’t like the idea of carrying their purchases around with them all day, Universal offer a paid service to deliver your bags straight to your hotel room; so you can save your energy for even more shopping!
Quit The Queues
We all know that queueing isn’t the most exhilarating part of visiting a theme park. So, to help you make the most of your time, Universal Studios hotels will print your park passes for you in advance, saving queueing time when you arrive at the park.
Additionally, when you upgrade your hotel to Loews Royal Pacific, Loews Portofino Bay or Hard Rock Hotel, you will receive free Universal Express passes. In return, this will mean you are able to skip longer standard queues and maximise your time for fun, thrills, and adventure!
