Princess Cruises has announced its largest ever European cruise and cruisetour season for 2026, with five Princess ships set to sail the region.
With a record-breaking 222 cruises on offer, guests will have countless opportunities to explore the beauty and diverse culture of iconic European destinations. Voyages will range from shorter five-night breaks to extended 42-night getaways. In addition, all five ships will sail ultimate transatlantic crossings, offering voyages ranging between 14- and 29-nights.
Starting in March 2026 and running up until November of the same year, the exciting new European season features 59 unique itineraries, visiting 101 destinations across 29 countries. 19 of these ports include ‘More Ashore’ late-night stays on select itineraries, with three ports providing overnight stays in Alta, Hamburg, and Stockholm.

2026 Europe Season Highlights
Highlights of Princess Cruises’ highly anticipated European season include the chance to experience the 2026 total solar eclipse; sailings onboard the cruise line’s newest ship, Sun Princess; the return of roundtrip cruises from Copenhagen; plus new itineraries sailing from Rome, Italy.
Sun Princess
As the newest ship to join Princess Cruises’ fleet, Sun Princess will sail a selection of 7-, 14-, and 21-night Mediterranean voyages departing from Civitavecchia (Rome), Piraeus (Athens), and Barcelona (Spain). Guests venturing on a 14- or 21-night voyage can enjoy a Grand Mediterranean Adventure, with itineraries that don’t call at the same port twice.

Sky Princess
On 12th August 2026, Sky Princess will sail directly into the “path of totality” on a very special 14-night Total Solar Eclipse Cruise, also visiting France, Spain, and Portugal and departing from Southampton on 8th August.
Also new for 2026, a 28-night Northern Europe and Mediterranean itinerary will sail roundtrip from Southampton on 12th September 2026, calling at Skagen, Copenhagen, Warnemunde (for Berlin), Stockholm (overnight), Helsinki, Tallinn, Visby, Zeebrugge (for Brussels/Bruges), Southampton, Vigo, Cadiz (for Seville), Malaga, Cartagena, Gibraltar, Lisbon, Bilbao, Le Verdon (for Bordeaux).
Enchanted, Majestic & Sapphire Princess
In 2026, the 2,660-guest Enchanted Princess will offer Mediterranean itineraries roundtrip from Civitavecchia (Rome), ranging from five, seven, eight and 14-nights.
Additionally, for the first time, Majestic Princess will sail roundtrip from Southampton, offering British Isles and Northern Europe voyages, varying from 11, 12 and 14-nights. During British Isles voyages, guests will be taken to the region’s most historic ports, while Northern Europe itineraries include stops in Scandinavia, Iceland, the Netherlands, Germany, and Belgium.
After six years, Sapphire Princess will return to Copenhagen, offering 12-night Northern Europe itineraries. A sample of ports included on these voyages include Skagen, Oslo, Riga, Tallinn, and Helsinki. Before she sails from Copenhagen, Sapphire Princess will cruise the Mediterranean for two months between March and April 2026, departing from Barcelona plus voyages sailing roundtrip from Civitavecchia (Rome).
Cruisetours
With five cruisetours to choose from, Princess Cruises guests can combine a Europe cruise with multiple days on land in order to explore more of the region.
Travellers can sightsee in Madrid on the Highlights of Spain cruisetour, visit Florence and Rome on the Classic Italy cruisetour, explore Mediterranean treasures on the Best of Greece cruisetour, or admire spectacular Irish landscapes on the Ring of Kerry cruisetour.
