Virgin Voyages To Embark On 27 New Itineraries Featuring Fresh Destinations

Fascinating destinations across the Caribbean and Australia, among other locations, are all on the horizon for Virgin Voyages ships! The very cool, adults-only cruise line has released details of 27 new itineraries its ships will be embarking on from this winter to April 2025, which will include stops at 19 new ports, among others.

Since their launch in 2021, Virgin Voyages’ fleet has been crisscrossing popular destinations in the Mediterranean and Caribbean and recently venturing Down Under. The cruise line says that their new range of itineraries will be “giving guests what they’ve been craving” in terms of choice of destinations.

“Our loyal sailors have been asking for more places to visit with us, so we’re delivering in a big way. New ports, new itineraries and more local and immersive experiences to create unforgettable getaways.

From Morocco to Mooloolaba, Amsterdam to Bordeaux, Catania to Port Douglas, we now offer more than 120 incredible places you can explore aboard our award-winning ships you know and love. After all, it’s not just about where you go; it’s about who you go with and make a holiday one to remember.”

So, where will Resilient Lady, Scarlet Lady and Valiant Lady be sailing to? Let’s take a closer look…

Resilient Lady

Virgin Voyages’ latest ship, Resilient Lady, is due to complete her inaugural season in Australia this December, enjoying a season full of glamorous cities, beautiful beaches and culinary delight. In 2024, however, the ship will be swapping the Sydney Opera House for the Acropolis.

The ship will sail on several itineraries, “Greek Island Glow” to the islands of Santorini and Mykonos; “Adriatic Sea and Greek Gems,” sailing along Croatia’s Dalmatian Coast before stopping in Kotor and Corfu; and finally “Starry Nights in Greece & Croatia,” which offers a mix of the other two seven-night itineraries, from May to July 2024.

Then in mid-August 2024, Resilient Lady will set sail on a number of sailings, which includes the “English Sights and European Delights” itinerary, departing from the UK. These sailings will range from three to six nights, and include port calls in Le Verdon (Bordeaux), La Coruña and Bilbao.

Resilient Lady will also set off on two repositioning voyages from Portsmouth to Barcelona, adding Morocco to the brand’s roster of new destinations, and then depart on a 44-night repositioning cruise from Athens to Australia in October 2024. The epic sailing will include port calls in Dubai, Mumbai, Singapore and Bali.

Once she’s arrived in Australia (again), Resilient Lady will sail on 15 new itineraries featuring new ports Broome, Albany, Adelaide, Newcastle, Mooloolaba, Port Douglas, Brisbane, Eden and Kangaroo Island.

Valiant Lady

Valiant Lady will kick off her winter 2023 season with a range of sailings to the sunny sites of the Caribbean. She’ll voyage out of Miami from October to December 2023 on “Eastern Caribbean Antilles” and “Western Caribbean Charm” sailings, and from January through March 2024, she will operate out of San Juan, Puerto Rico, offering “The Southeastern Caribbean Isles” and “Sunsets in the Lesser Antilles” sailings.

In April 2024, Valiant Lady will then sail on Scarlet Lady’s four- and five-night Caribbean cruises, while the ship is in dry dock, along with a special six-night “Holidaze and Nights” voyage.

Scarlet Lady

From May to October 2024, Scarlet Lady will be soaking up the sun, sights and sounds of the Mediterranean on “Irresistible Med” and “French Daze and Ibiza Nights” itineraries. Following a summer in the Mediterranean, Scarlet Lady will embark on an 11-night repositioning cruise from Barcelona to Civitavecchia departing on 3rd November 2024.

Following a short stint in dry dock, Scarlet Lady will set sail on a 16-night Transatlantic adventure from Rome to Miami, calling at Funchal (Madeira, Portugal) as well as Santa Cruz de Tenerife (Spain).

Upon arrival on the sun-kissed shores of Miami on 14th December 2024, Scarlet Lady will offer six- and eight-night winter cruises through the spring of 2025 including “Western Caribbean Charm” and the “Eastern Caribbean Antilles.”

These itineraries are ideal for those who love to spend long nights in fantastic destinations, as these cruises feature late-night stays in the electric city of San Juan.

Additionally, Virgin Voyages has also confirmed that the launch of its latest ship, Brilliant Lady, will be delayed. The cruise line has said that it is currently evaluating new launch dates.
