X factor Winner Sam Bailey Returns To Cruise Ship Singing

That’s right! As if there was any doubt about it (it’s just official now); cruise ship entertainment is now just as good as chart topper Leona Lewis and better than One Direction, Olly Murs and JLS! Sam Bailey, winner of the X-factor 2013 heads back to her roots as she performs on Saga cruises! For those that don’t know the 37-year-old mum-of-three is a former cruise ship performer who moved on to a career as a police officer before returning to doing what she liked best- singing when she auditioned for (and won) The X-factor. Fourteen months after winning the show, Sam Bailey confirmed that she was dropped by Simon Cowell’s record label Syco. She stated “I have had an amazing year with Syco and I am very grateful for them helping me gain a number one album and single”.       Rumours in the media as to why she was dropped by the label focused on her pregnancy with her third child, announced on New Year’s Eve of 2013. Disney Cruises Now Feature the Millennium Falcon and Disney Infinity!

A new infinity area is being introduced to Disney cruises’ Disney Dream. Guests on board will want to pinch themselves when hearing the exciting news about the new features available on the ships. Headlining these enhancements will be two new interactive youth areas, one Star Wars themed and another inspired by Disney Infinity. Here’s a glimpse of things to come for the Disney guests; Star Wars Area Open to ages 3-12 the newly themed area will take children to ‘a galaxy far, far away’ aboard the Millennium Falcon where they will have an out of this world experience  in a play area where you can feel the Force, inspired by the spacecraft from the legendary Star Wars saga. Younglings will join the Rebel Alliance in the epic battle of good versus evil by assisting the navigation of the mighty space vehicle – although we’d argue that this could be just as fun for the not-so-younglings too… Young Padawans will sit in the cockpit and pilot their aircraft through hyperspace and trigger light speed jumps to different locations around the galaxy.
