Voyages To Antiquity
We have just returned from a 12 Night cruise - 'Game Parks of South Africa' on the Aegean Odyssey, from Cape Town to Mossel Bay, Richards Bay, Durban, Port Elizabeth and back to Cape Town. This was our first small ship experience, but have cruised over 40 times with the larger companies. We booked this cruise as it gave us the chance to visit South Africa again after a gap of thirty years. The ship is very small (only 350 passengers) and is an old converted car ferry. There is no evidence that this is the case as she is in extremely good condition and very well maintained. Cabins are compact but wardrobe space is adequate for two people.
