Fred. Olsen Cruise Lines is all about tradition and as a family-run company with a long shipping heritage, the moment you step aboard either Balmoral, Braemar, Black Watch or Boudicca you are greeted with a personal and friendly service, which then continues throughout your cruise.
Fred. Olsen’s ships are large enough to be spacious and uncrowded, but still small enough to be the kind of place where you can feel comfortable, relaxed and able to put your feet up. Their size advantage means they can take you to places that some of the mammoth cruise ships can’t, close to the heart of some of the world’s most beautiful cities and breathtaking landscapes.
On board you'll find everything you need for an unforgettable holiday, including a selection of bars, restaurants, lounges, shops, a salon & gym, swimming pools and even golf nets, where you can practice your swing on days at sea. With fewer guests, not only will you enjoy a more personal experience, you'll find you won't be fighting for space with thousands of others.
Cruise with Fred. Olsen and you'll enjoy great value with so much included in the price. So you can relax knowing that once you've booked your cruise holiday, almost everything's covered. You'll also find that the optional on board extras that are chargeable - such as wine, drinks and salon treatments - are reasonably priced and in Sterling, so you don't have to worry about exchange rates.
Now you can save even more with Fred. Olsen's 'All Inclusive' Upgrade. Now only £10 per person per night, on many 2015/16 cruise holidays. You’ll be able to enjoy selected beers, wines, spirits and soft drinks all day and evening. What’s more, many premium drinks and cocktails are available at half price too so you won't have to worry about your bar bill, or having that extra drink.
Experience for yourself the Fred. Olsen difference.

I booked this cruise with FRED OLSEN CRUISE LINE DIRECT, it was a repositioning from SOUTHAMPTON to FALMOUTH. PRE CRUISE. SUNDAY 10th APRIL 2016. After going to the CRUISE SHOW ay KEMPTON PARK I got a train to SOUTHAMPTON as it was a sunday the train was diverted via HAVANT. I made my way to the IBIS HOTEL close to the station. I got a very cheap rate without breakfast I asked about adding it but at £5.50 for buffet and £10 at the other hotel was not worth the money. The air conditioning was not working so they gave me a small fan heater. I went out to get a cable for my iphone as I left it at home. Then had organised a PRE CRUISE DINNER at CASA ITALIA restaurant. MIKE a...
