Find Your Cruise
Shipboard Vow Renewals are held in a private location where the couple can relive one of the most important days of their lives. The private location allows them to invite friends and family members that are sailing with them. The ceremony day can not be confirmed ahead of time as this is done during the cruise. Royal Romance provides the details of the vow renewal to the Cruise Program Administrator who is onboard and aware of the availability of the ship's lounges. This staff member will contact the couple upon boarding and assist them with all the final details, as well as assist them through the event.
It is a beautiful way for a couple to share the priceless memories with their children, grandchildren and/or friends.
There is a chapel on board the iots the skylight chapel on my recent cruise a couple did renew there vows it then cost $500 that was sept 08 but that included the service , chocs , flowers, plonkand one photo!!!! they were then the day after taken all round the ship and had 36 photos taken and then were presented with the bill for the said 36 photos of another $500
is it worth it ??????? only you know the answer

I would like to know a basic intineray of a wedding when mat
rrying during a cruise holiday?
Has anyone got married on the Royal Caribbean Ship while it was sailing in the Med. ? so far I can only see weddings in the Caribbean. If anyone has any suggestions or which ship offers a good deal, really love to hear any advice would be greatfull, we have two years to have it all planned.
Obviously my question was posted quite a while ago and we have now been on IOTS last summer. In the end, we decided against the Royal Romance RC package as felt it was very overpriced (watch the small print, for examle in the summer they charge you extra!). If you want my honest opinion on IOTS, I was really disappointed with the 'Sky Chapel', wasn't at all what I was expecting and very plain. I wouldn't want to be married there. Ask the wedding co ordinators to send you pics of the chapels before you book. They didn't have pics of the chapel in the brochure, and when I was onboard and saw it for myself, could see why. Do a bit of homework before you go. Other options I looked at were for a shore based ceremony, but again, this was expensive and needed a lot of emails/calls to find out locations and prices. Can't comment on other cruise lines though, only tried to sort IOTS for my parents golden wedding vow renewal. Good luck and I'm sure will be smashing whatever you choose!
