No your 3pin english plug will not work in a US 3pin socket or a european 2-pin socket. Go to Tescos and buy plug adaptors for both. Volts wise - your phone will charge faster if you use the european socket.

Thanks Aldrich. I have travel plug adaptors so thats fine. Am I right in assuming that there are both types, usa & european sockets, giving both US (110v) and European (220v) in your stateroom as you advise us to use the european socket.

Hi as said buy on adapter and check if you get a hand held hairdryer as on millennium the dryer was fixed on the bathroom wall and not very good, you may want to take a travel dryer, you will have a shaver/toothbrush point in the bath room .

Just to confirm then. The cabins have both American 110V and European (not UK) 220V. Is this correct.
