Webster - Answered a Question by Potter (29 Jul 07 14:20)

There are lots of facillities on the Legend - the ice-skating show is particularly good. It is a 'glitsy' American ship, but big enough to do what you like. I found the food to be very good, and the choice of dining was excellent.

Unfortunately, Legend of the Seas do not feature ice skating rink. However, the ship is comfortable in terms of size, but lacks enough alternative dining options.

I think webster is getting his ships mixed up as legend has no ice rink but still is a lovely ship with lots to do and food pretty goo.

We sailed on Legend of the seas July 06 around the med. Fantastic cruise ship. (Although Legend does NOT have an ice rink as previous review states). We sailed on Navigator this year which is a lot bigger boat so consequently has more things to do, however Legend seemed to give you that more personal feel. Ignore the Whingers!! ENJO.

We sailed on the Legent Transatlantic last November and thoroughly enjoyed all aspects including the food. But where is the Ice Rink? I think someone has got their ships mixed up.

We sailed to the med on the Legend Of The Seas last May2006 from southampton the service and entertainment was excellent and the food was amazing our only mistake was booking an inside cabin because it was so dark we didnt wake up very early unless we set our alarm if you can book a cabing with a port hole it would be much better be aware the drinks are quite expensive .

We went on The Legend in June 2005 around the Caribbean for our honeymoon - it was our first cruise and it was fantastic. The service and food were excellent. The on board facilities unbelieveable - shopping mall, spa, fitness room, ice rink and climbing wall. There was so much variety, you couldn't get bored.

Don't know which Legend they are referring to but it has NO ICE RINK. The Legend I am refering to is the sister ship to Splendour of the Seas and we love the ship.

The world busiest cruise ports.

By Brad Smith

Brad Smith's blog

With 2016 coming to a close, and no doubt another recording breaking cruise year I though I would do a bit of research into the world busiest cruise ports and get some insight into just how many passengers these hubs handle. To be honest the numbers are massive!!I don’t think the number 1 spot will shock many, but the Port of Miami welcomed over 5 million cruise passengers. As a major gateway to the Caribbean and the Bahamas, with countless ship based there year round. Transport links w...

The Cuban Revelation!

By Freddie Moser

Freddie Moser's blog

No I don’t mean Cuban Revolution………Cuba – One of the most enigmatic places on the planet, is suddenly becoming a rather popular tourist hot-spot, but more importantly a winning cruise destination, a revelation, one might say……..Since the recent talks of a reconciliation between Cuba and the USA, the country has now become a new attraction for many a nationality.Of course here in the UK we have been holidaying in Cuba for years, and although it’s...
