Yes, you can pay by cash. The following is a paste from the Princess website: "Those paying by traveler's cheques or cash will be required to leave a cash deposit with the Purser's staff at the beginning of the cruise." Also bear in mind, that you may have to join a very long queue prior to disembarking in order to settle your final account.

Rogers - Answered a Question by barnard (18 Oct 08 18:14)

Hi, we did the Baltic/Northern Europe cruise on Crown Princess in July this year. I paid for everything in cash at the pursers desk at the end of the cruise (I had taken US Dollars with me as the exchange rate is better here than on board and some Stirling which I didn't need to change), you will still need to give your credit card details at check- in to set up an on board account and you then have to settle your account the night before disembarkation. Any remaining purchases made after this are still charged to your credit card. I did not make any prior arrangements to do this, you just need to pick a good time to pay as there will be a queue Hope you enjoy your cruise Regards, Mike Rogers.

We always give our credit card details and on every cruise we do 7,10, 14, 21 day we always pay our bill in stages in cash and on last day b4 departure pay off the rest and buy a bottle of wine or beer from a bar and have a drink that night weve done 16 on princess and always do it the same way never had a problem.

Sky Dive in the Sunshine state

By Steve Fuller

It’s almost time for my annual Florida fix. I do like to try and squeeze in a trip to Florida every year. If I can of course. This time I’m doing something a little more than just the parks.I’ve signed up to do a sky dive. Moment of madness, impulsive booking, whatever but I’m going through with it. Tandem dive of course with a fully qualified instructor. I’m doing this jump at the highest altitude for a Tandem jump possible which is at 18000ft.We all have things...

Norwegian Cruise Line to Add ...

I find it hard to believe that given the amount of family friendly cruise options around these days, all of which include swimming pools, some even large scale on board water parks that it’s not compulsory for cruise companies to employ lifeguards, especially when you consider some of the recent tragedies that have occurred.Norwegian Cruise Line have announced that it will be joining Royal Caribbean and Disney Cruise Lines in employing certified lifeguards at all of the family pools acr...

Well as a lot of my customers know when I first started my career here at www.CRUISE.co.uk we added a puppy to my family. Since having our little Billy we decided we needed to take him on holidays so we joined our best friends and bought a caravan. Here he is enjoying his Ice cream with a dog bone in !! Only in the lakes. We only bought a cheap older caravan to see how we got on. We have now been away about 5 times and we absolutely love it !! We have been to some lovely places in the lakes , Devo...
