Hey! me and my partner have already booked our wedding on the same ship, same cruise!!! in May 2008. I dont know how many weddings they can do on this cruise, can only get married on days at sea, good luc.
Sea Princess a superb ship, older than some but still a fantastic cruise experience, just back from second voyage.
You will have a ball, trust me.
Lisbon, fantastic place, take any tour that goes out of the main town, Vigo also great place, we wandered by ourselves around the town (avoid the steep side streets though, they lead to the red light areas!!!)
Food good, cabins small but well fitted (unless you have a suite)
One tip, unless you want to be charged 10 dollars a day (per person) cancel the included dining/hotel charges and then just tip those people you want to at the end of the cruise ie your head waiter/cabin steward and beware if you wear sexy nighties, the cabin stewards will make pretty patterns and designs with it every night when he prepares your room!!
We have traveled on this cruise twice, and on both occasions there have been several weddings.I think they use the library for the service, then photos around the ship.I think it would be a fabulous location for a wedding.Sea princess is a lovely ship, well maintained excellent food and service.
We got married on Crown princess November 2006 in the Caribbean. you will have a great time. They look after you. You will be treated like a princess. We had the Wedding cam switched on so that our friends at home could watch us Have a great day. You will have a day to remember. Enjoy every minute.
We went on this years Iberian interlude in September on the sea princess, this was our first time cruising and loved every minute of it, there were 3 weddings on the Sunday and the brides looked lovely wandering around having photos taken, i would say the sea princess is a wonderful setting for a wedding, good luck and enjoy!!
