It really depends how far north you are sailing. If it's the Olden, Flam, Geiranger, Bergen area it will be warm, but take something shower proof, it rains a lot in Bergen. If you are north of the Arctic Circle - Lofoten Islands, Tromso, North Cape, Svalbard it will be cooler, especially when the ship is moving as the wind chill can be considerable. Basically take layers of clothing and don't forget the sunscreen, you have 24 hour daylight. You'll love it.

We did the Fjords this last July on Oriana. We had a rough time going up the North Sea but when we got to Bergen it was not raining (which apparently is unusual) but it was overcast. At Gerainger it was still overcast but it started to clear as we left. For the rest of our stops, Olden and Eidfjord the weather was sunny and hot. So the best thing is to take layers, a fleece, a waterproof and suntan lotion! Have a great time, it was beautiful.
