Contact P and O they will know your Portunas Club status, but I am sure that you lose you points if you havent travelled with P and O for a certain length of time.
We found that there computer picks you up anyway but contact P&O and ask for a duplicate?
Are you referring to the 5% on-board discount, or the additional 5% for a Portunus Club cruise fare?
If it is for the On-board spend. You will find this automatically done for you on board, you don't need to even have your card.
If it is with regard to the additional 5% discount for a Portunus Club cruise, then the TA will need your membership reference, to get this for you.
To Contact the Portunus Club please ring on 0845 3585 500, and I'm sure they will be only too happy to help you out.

We found that so long as you mention youve been before and use the same address it will pick it up automatically, if it doesnt, give them a call?? It should be fine :).
I am trying to enter the prize draws from the Portunas Club Magazine , The e-mail entry address is shown on both pages 26 & 4 but must be incorrect because my mail keeps bing returned . Is there an error in the printed details or is it a cunning plot to cut down the number of entries.
