Whales are wild creatures. They may be visible, they may not. They have a whole ocean to play in.

As usual A of N is right. There are never any guarantees as to whether you will see whales or orcas or dolphins. You may be extremely lucky and have them around you some of the time but your best bet is to go on an actual whale watching trip because the people running the trips are aware where the whales are most of the time and have the manoeuvrability to find them. There are no guarantees though .. Regards ... Nei.

When we did the Alaska cruise a few years ago we did not see one whale, so if you want to see them I would do a whale watching trip. Enjoy your cruise we did the scenery is fantastic.

I have just had a fantastic 2 night cruise on the wonderful Eclipse. The mini cruise was part of my month long 40th Celebrations and was a little getaway for me and my partner. It is the first time in 14 years that we have been away without the children and although we missed them we had such a great few days.We started the break by heading down to Southampton, which is a bit of a trek from Barrow-in-Furness but I find it no problem by rail. I would recommend staying over in Southampton the ...

Fred To Enter The River Market

Although in reality it is not really totally river cruising as the ships have been sailing from a UK port – Dover or Southampton.German Waterways sails ...
