Are you one of the many people who wonder why you use a cruise specialist for your holiday bookings ? Do you still use one or are you the go it alone type of person ? I read all the comments on social media/facebook with interest and wonder if you know who we are , or how I can help you .

I have been in travel for 12 years now, the last three with Cruise.co.uk , one of my happiest jobs, I work from home (many of us do ) so you could really say this is my  own business, as such my main priority is customer satisfaction and building long standing relationships. We work typically 37.5 hours per week , but any homeworker will tell you its more an average of 50 !! This sounds worse than it is, I have no travelling and it takes me about 60 seconds to be at my desk and another five minutes to be logged on and ready to work. No driving, traffic jams , parking issues. There are no office politics, as I am the office !! I can only argue with myself, no fun !!

Here is where the magic happens, my trusted diary open as always, I still am of the old school where I need to write things down.

Our company believes that people buy from people, I happily agree with this and long may it continue, it is nice to book the same families every year, we know what you like/don’t like, you get to know our working patterns and when we are around. Even when we are not logged on there is always someone to help from 08:00 am in the morning to 22:00 pm at night, 364 days a year , we only close on Christmas Day !!

So what else do we offer, the experience and skills of over 100 agents , I am pretty sure there is not a ship afloat one of us has not been on , we communicate everyday through skype and get answers in minutes. Unlike some companies when you book with me I will look after you all through the process,  right through to your welcome home call.
