It’s All At Your Fingertips…..

How many times do you sit and make a list of questions you must ask your cruise consultant? Or how many times do you “google” a question because you don’t know the answer?

If you are nodding your head just now then how about checking out our website?  Okay, I appreciate it is a busy website with loads of information and may scare you looking, but I promise you there is so much information on it.

For example, you are a first time cruiser and are just in the planning stages. You can go under the section of “cruise guides” and there you have so much information – for example how to get to Southampton, packing, weather, shore excursions, family friendly cruises – the list goes on.

Under the main cruise pages there is a great section of questions and answers you can look at – I have had a quick look today, questions such as when is the payment due for a NCL cruise or is CPS parking at Southampton good?

If you want to have a look at photos and even videos of various ships then all you need to do is go to the main cruise pages and there are the links.

I think the main problem people have is trying to log onto there cruise personaliser, which can be a pain I know.  Well, did you know you can get onto them a lot easier using our own website?  Click on the “everything” section and at the bottom is the link. It is for most of the main cruise lines and from there you can add passport information, book a excursion, spa treatment, gift on board, that kind of thing – so easy!

The reviews section at the top is also worth looking at. They are wrote by people like yourselves, real honest opinions and if you fancy writing one, don’t forget you will receive a free copy of the Berlitz ship reviews, which are very handy – even we look at these!

Another great idea and so popular is our Forum page – again, you can access this from the top of the website. A great community of people who know an awful lot about cruising too. Here, you will get advice and information from like minded people, make new friends, have a rant if you need to. Talking about “rants” it seems the biggest rant is trying to pay on line! We are trying to sort this out honest – bear with us.  Makes me so glad I don’t work in IT!

Then of course, there is the great section about US – your consultants. I am sure by now you will have your favourite or perhaps you want to see where we have all been and what were like? Here is your chance!

We do have lots and lots of special offers and great cruise deals on our site, some people do say there are too many but in all honesty if we did not put these on, you would not automatically think of us for any last minute deals would you?

Finally, I can’t not tell you about our great “tailor made” and “bucket list” section. These are put together by a great team in head office. Lots of different ideas for you. There may be something there that you have been looking for, it is well worth having a browse.
