Southampton Maiden calls in 2019

Southampton is expected to see a high number of eleven maiden voyages this year, 2019. This is up from just 8 maiden voyages from Southampton in 2018.

The first to take her stand is MSC Bellissima which is going to be in Southampton port on March 1^st with a plaque and key ceremony, followed by a naming ceremony on 2^nd March.

The plaque and key ceremony are traditions that dates back in years. It started when all different vessels started bringing their business to Southampton and were given keys to the city walls.

So, in order, who else can we expect to see sailing to or from Southampton on their maiden voyages?
