MSC Cruises reveal details for MSC Bellissimas’s Launch

MSC Bellissima’s exciting launch will be in Southampton on March 2nd 2019.

Hosting what will no doubt be a spectacular ceremony will be much-loved TV presenter Holly Willoughby. Craig David and Nile Rogers and his band Chic will provide the music.

MSC Bellissima is the second Meraviglia class ship and MSC’s fourth ship in the last 18 months. She is the largest ever ship to launch in Southampton.

The growth of MSC in the last few years has been impressive and personally, I think they offer such great value for money. They offer a great range of itineraries and showed us new entertainment at sea when they gave us Cirque Du Soleil.

MSC Bellissima will have two new Cirque Du Soleil shows called Varelia and Syma. Other new features include in-cabin digital assistants and a Tapas Bar by Michelin chef Ramon Freixa.

School of magic is a new programme for the little ones with weekly magic Talent Shows.

And like the MSC Meraviglia, she will feature the LED Ceiling that runs through the indoor promenade projecting different scenes throughout the day.

Another feature of the promenade is its very own chocolate shop belonging to French Chocolatier, Jean-Philippe Maury. Speciality dining will feature on MSC Bellissima including Sushi, Tepanyaki and a Steakhouse.

MSC Bellissima will spend the summer sailing in the Western Mediterranean and she looks like she is set to impress.
