Looking forward to the new ship with P&O … IONA

There is a lot of interest in her already … she will go on sale in September 2018 and will be launched in 2020. I think this is a really exciting step for P&O and I cannot wait to see her.

I have been reading about the new ‘SkyDome’  that will be on the top decks and will be the amazing entertainment venue. A glass dome on the top deck for the entertainment sounds exciting.  This will allow the entertainment to go on whatever the weather.

How exciting will it be to view the ocean by day and the stars at night surrounded by the usual excellent entertainment on board?

There will be a nightclub, a four-screen cinema and a pool with a retractable stage. Aerial performers and deck parties will also feature.

On Iona herself, she will have over 30 venues to eat and drink, a must for us foodies out there. If you have been on P&O already there will still be the much loved Glass House, Sindhu and Brodies onboard too.

The Atrium will sit over decks 6,7 & 8, it is the heart of the ship and I am guessing will not disappoint.

I think Iona will give us the WOW factor and early interest shows us that this is going to be a very popular choice. Register your interest with us to be first for the exciting info : )
