I WONT BE BEATEN ON PRICE

This is a message that we see on a day to day basis in all aspects of our lives but how true is it and do you think that the voice behind the message lives up to it.

The cruising industry is changing at an alarmingly fast pace, with a price war going on between cruise lines what it seems is every week. Prices for cruises are changing daily so you need to be prepared as much as prices can go down they can also go up to. So how do you know you really are getting the best deal around.

As you may be aware cruise lines have recently over the last two years have cut agents commissions so customers feel they are not receiving the big discounts that agents used to give before, but what the cruise lines are doing is giving the customer extra discounts to make up for it.  This was done to give customers the confidence that they don’t need to shop around as the price you pay will be the same with any agent you call . Is this the case? not always it seems .

So as an agent how do i inspire confidence to my customer when it comes to giving the best price and give great customer service at the same time.

I believe its about being direct and honest with every customer, what you see is what you get. Customers want to know that they are not only getting a fair deal but they have a consultant that will go the extra mile for them irrelevant of how much they are spending.

There are ways around every cruise and every quote so I urge my customers to give me a call before they book anywhere else and let me work my magic and see what I can come up with. My magic wand hasn’t let me down yet and I don’t intend it too.
