With more than 7000 Islands – Explore the Caribbean…

One of my favourite Cruise areas – and also the first place I ever cruised, over 20 years ago (sadly I can find none of my old photos) – is the Caribbean.

I have personally visited several of the Islands from cruises and I have also enjoyed land based holidays on Barbados and more recently my Honeymoon on the beautiful Island of St Lucia.

With over 7000 islands in the Caribbean there is plenty of diversity to suit all tastes, and many of the cruise lines choose to have their own private resorts here too.

You will have read recently on a blog of mine about MSC developing Ocean Cay – unlike any other private Island and set to be a land extension of the ship (MSC Seaside)  which will be based from Miami November 2017.  The Island will offer a full range of Watersports, Zipwire as well as private Beach cabanas for those who wish to relax.

There are a vast array of excursions that can be done whilst in the Caribbean, which we are more than happy to help you arrange, from climbing Dunns River Falls in Jamaica to Swimming with the Pigs in the Bahamas or if you would prefer the Caribbean islands offer the most idyllic of beaches with beautiful white powder sand – the Island of Antigua even has 365 beaches, one for each day of the year (unless of course it’s a leap year – when I guess you would pick your favourite to go back to)..

Here at Cruise.co.uk we have recently published what we are calling “The Definitive Guide to the Caribbean”, which even has an interactive map and loads more information on all the Islands that cruise ships visit.

With some truly amazing deals, including an amazing one for Christmas in the Caribbean for less than £ 1500pp, please take a look and be inspired and if I can help you arrange your next Caribbean cruise then please do not hesitate to contact me,

Have you cruised the Caribbean before ?… Which is your favourite Island/Excursion ?…  Please let me know.. x
