I was lucky enough to spend 7 nights sailing on this amazing ship around the Caribbean in December and truly fell in love with the Allure, she is one incredible liner!

As well as the sheer magnificence, remember she is the largest ship currently sailing which is impressive in itself, she offers so much onboard.

The Royal Promenade is where you first board the ship, and this area makes you say ‘wow’ straight away! With an abundance of bars, restaurants, eateries and shops you could spend days just trying to explore this area!

My favourite place to head to was Central Park, which as you can guess is themed around central park in new york, during the day Park Cafe served fresh salads and hot beef rolls, this was my lunch spot every day! It is such a tranquil area surrounded by the gardens, we even spotted birds who had made home in the tree’s! Then on the evening you can head to this area for a cocktail, or book into one of the speciality restaurants for a special meal.

More of my favourite points are the aqua theatre , it is definitely worth heading along to watch the show, you can even pre book for this before you leave. The dining choices are endless, Johnny rockets and Ritas cantina are definitely worth a visit for a casual lunch or evening meal and the surcharge is only approx $5pp, bargain!

What surprised me most about this ship was the space, we never queued for anything, we could always find a sun lounger easy not matter what time of day it was, check in was smooth and disembarking at each port of call was always effortless again no queues.

I cannot wait to head back on this ship in hopefully the near future!

She will be sailing around the Mediterranean from Barcelona and Rome throughout summer 2015.
