A nice break away!

Well, that’s almost January over with and another month closer to the lighter nights. I don’t mind winter half as much as I used to since working from home but I do look forward to the nights getting longer when you don’t feel like its all work and no play.

This weekend will see and my hubby me heading off to a nice little country retreat not too far away from home but far enough to be called upon for ‘Taxi’ duties by our girls.

We have visited this hotel before just over a year ago. It was leading up to Christmas and it was beautifully decorated with trees around the place and they had a lovely winter wedding going on.

This time around we are going to make better use of the facilities and unwind in the spa area before a lovely meal in their restaurant Prime.

As much as I love to cruise, my little UK breaks are equally as important and much needed after such a busy month in the Cruise business.
