Cool Britannia to Rule the Waves

So will as much hype and speculation as the naming of the new Prince, P&O Cruises this morning announced the long awaited name of it’s new ship, Britannia!!

At £500 million pounds we can expect it to be state of the art as well as a well oiled green machine with its new style hull to cut fuel consumption by 20%

The new 3600 passenger ship is also opening her arms to welcome more single travellers than any of their other cruises ships, with the majority of single cabins having balconies. This opens up the world of cruises to a lot more groups of friends, who live independently, like their own space but also like to holiday with like-minded folk, without having to readjust and live in each others pockets – its about time too!!
