Life is a rollercoaster

Life certainly is a rollercoaster but I am not sure I would want one on my cruise.

I have been on cruises with bumper cars on them and they were lots of fun but they were inside and pretty safe, a rollercoaster is outside and above the ship so probably a lot more dangerous (my opinion).

I am all for something new otherwise most cruises could be a little on the boring side but is this going one step too far?
This is what we have been told by Carnival cruises.
It is going to be 187 feet above sea level and reach speeds of up to 40 miles an hour, it will also have 800 feet of track, there will be twists and turns and a few heart-stopping drops as well, it will run all around the top of the ship and funnel.
We have been told that the cars will be motorcycle style and designed to hold 2 people
There will be a launch pad that makes you feel like you are in a racing car
There will include a hairpin bend around the funnel we think.

It is going to be a first of that there is no doubt and I am sure there will be a massive dose of adrenaline involved and as have to say I love all the big rides in the likes of Disney but this is too much for me.
Like the theme parks, you will also be able to have your photo taken during the ride, they would certainly be interesting to say the least. Also, the riders scores and speed times will be shown.
So which ship will this be on?
It will be the Carnival Mardi Gras which is a big 5,200 passenger ship, the rollercoaster will be named “Bolt” and hopefully will be bolted down well to the top of the ship.
It sails from Port Canaveral in 2020 so look out for that.

What do you think? Would you have a go, do you think it’s a step too far.
What could possibly be next, maybe an underwater ride?
