This bunch HATE cruise!!

Now, I have often been faced with arguments from people about why they would “never” go on a cruise, and these are very often misconceptions and seldom anything that hasn’t been made up in their own head, “I’d get bored!”, “I would feel trapped!”, “They’re too stuffy!” And the like. As we all know, none of this is the case.

I have placed a few bets with customers that they will love it and I am yet to have anyone come to collect their winnings, however, I have discovered a bunch that must detest the industry.

The poor hens.

Now, as a self confessed geek and lover of all facts and figures I just loved stumbling across this 1.  A large cruise ship  100,000 tonnes plus, will get through 16,000 eggs a day!! A DAY!!! 16,000!!!

On average a hen will lay less than 1 egg per day, so that’s a hell of a lot of our feathered friends needed to keep us all happily chirping on board.  At least they have job security I suppose?
