Regular guests objected to the dynamic dining introduced by Royal Caribbean to try and attract younger clientele.
The company replaced the old-fashioned sittings of the same table, time and waiter every night with the more anytime, anywhere anyone policy.

Royal Caribbean has brought back a ‘classic choice’ traditional dining option following the complaints. This will be available on its new ship Anthem of the Seas, as well as sister ships such as Allure of the Seas.

More than a third of passengers who have booked onto their new ship, Anthem of the Seas, have requested the traditional dining arrangements and the company are now going to roll it out onto other ships.
The informal meals ‘dynamic dining’ were introduced so customers could have a complete choice and freedom about when and where they eat,
Royal Caribbean received feedback from a significant number of slightly more traditional guests who said ‘we don’t like this, we preferred it the way it was,’
For many customers this form of traditional dining in formal wear is one of the highlights of taking a cruise. Clients onboard often make friends for life with the fellow passengers they dine with every night during a cruise .

I think its great that Royal Caribbean have listened to their own guests and made the necessary changes what do you think ??
