CAN YOU REALLY TRUST YOUR CRUISE SPECIALIST?

Let’s get straight to the point…     you want to book your next cruise. It might even be the first time you have ever been cruising so all the more reason to make absolutely sure that you get it right. Now let me tell you truthfully…     there’s a ship to suit absolutely everyone whatever you may have been told elsewhere. The trick though is to know which ship, which cruise line, which itinerary, which cruise style is going to suit you and probably a lot more needs to be known too before you can get it right.

So, you have some choices. You can be very brave and do all your own homework. Maybe ask some friends you know cruise. Get family suggestions. Speak to lots of high street agents with young counter clerks who sincerely believe that every cruise is just great because they are all luxury holidays and there really is no difference between the hundreds and hundreds of ships on offer.

Slow down…     of course, the above is a whole load of nonsense because starting to look at cruising is like opening up a can of worms.

One plain fact is that high street agents are more than likely to tell you what you want to hear. No real knowledge here. They might even offer discounts without the slightest calculation as to whether what they are offering is even affordable. You might say that if they lose money then that’s their problem, but I am sure you would rather get a great “value for money” cruise holiday whilst at the same time, the agent is happy with what he has booked for you.

I have many years of expertise in this business and, even if I say so myself, I do understand this business better than most.

I tell it like it is. If what you are asking for is not what I would recommend then I will tell you, although the final choice is yours.
