It’s Xmas

Oh yes, We are now into December so finally I feel it the right time to get the Xmas tree out, put up the decorations and generally be childish again, all for the children of course.

This year I have a new addition to my flock and it will be his first xmas and my 2 year old is now understanding about Santa so it should be an amazing time for us.

This year we have a Panto to go to at our regions largest and probably best garden centre where we will get to meet Santa after taking a walk and a train ride through his Winter Wonderland, we first went 2 years ago when my youngest was just 2 months old and it was magically, now an annual event without failure.

I’m 1 of 6 siblings and therefore Xmas is very expensive, along with my own 4 children I also have 18 nieces and nephews aged between 7 months and 18 years and my partner is 1 of 7 siblings and has 4 nieces and nephews, all from 1 brother!!!! Yes, the others haven’t even started yet!!! Good job i’m Xmas person and not a scrooge person.

It only takes 3 days after Xmas before we have our first birthday in the family, byt he end of March we would have had another 11 birthdays, Ouch.

Anyway, time to open the first door of the advent calendar, and to get back to work, need to earn some present buying money.
