My Favourite Destination For Holidays Is….

Hi everyone.  Did anyone get any fantastic deals over Good Friday weekend?  There were so many deals out there it was difficult to choose!  Did any of you go to Aldi to try and grab a Kevin The Carrot?!

My blog this week is slightly different.  This blog will give you the opportunity to find out more about me as a person not just as your cruise consultant.

I wanted to share with you my favourite holiday destination.  I have travelled to many places including on cruises but this place has to be the best of all of them.  The place is….FLORIDA

I have been lucky enough to go twice to this amazing place.  The first time I went was with my partner and son who was 17 at the time.  Being newbies to this destination we did a lot of research before going to try and make the most of our two weeks there.

We stayed in a villa and had car hire which is essential when staying in a villa.  We had pre-booked Universal Studios and Islands Of Adventure and Seaworld tickets from the UK but whilst we were there we bought tickets to Disney’s Magic Kingdom and Epcot which was an expensive way of doing this to be honest but as I said, we were newbies!

We had a fantastic two weeks there making the most of the parks and of course the shopping.  We went for the last week in July and first week in August 2015 and it was very hot and humid and wet!

The second time I went was 2017 with my partner and his brother. Again we had a villa and hire car but this time we bought tickets in the UK for all Disney, Universal and Seaworld Parks..lesson learnt from last time!

We went for my birthday and on the day of my birthday we were in Disney’s Magic Kingdom..best birthday ever! This time we went for two weeks in early June and guess what…it was hot, humid and wet! It still didn’t spoil our fun though.

We are hoping to go back again in the next couple of years and probably again play Russian Roulette with the weather haha!

Did you know…you can combine a stay in Orlando to experience the magic of Disney and Universal with a cruise?  There are many cruise lines that have sailings from Port Canaveral, Fort Lauderdale or Miami to the Caribbean so if you are a afan of Disney and a fan of cruising you can have the best of both worlds!

If you would like me to look at prices and availability for a cruise and stay in Orlando please contact me on 0333 300 2825 or [email protected]

Until next time…Happy Cruising!
