What could be more romantic…. a wedding conducted by the Ships Captain on a cruise ship.

Weddings on cruise ships are becoming increasingly popular. The price of an average UK wedding in this present day is around £20,000. But for half that figure you could enjoy a luxury cruise/honeymoon in one. Sail round an exotic part of the world with no stress or worries of the wedding as your co-ordinator will take care of arrangements for you.

So what would a wedding at sea entail.

Simple!!  Of course there are legal requirements and documents to process the same as any land based wedding. Your wedding co-ordinator will assist with this. There are also additional packages you can purchase such as private on board receptions, a pianist or band. Everything can be tailored to your individual requirements.

The day of the wedding,…. wake to a champagne breakfast from your own private balcony suite, take a trip to the spa for relaxing massage and Jacuzzi, the hair and beauty salon will then have you looking amazing for your big event. Some cruise ships have a wedding chapel in which the ceremony will take place, and some even have a webcam so friends and family back home will not miss out. You can also choose to get married in port and your guests can come aboard.  Some ships allow up to 10 guests to come aboard in port free of charge. You could also choose to marry on one of the beaches at the ports. There are lots of different options.
