No Family is too big!

Are you a family that always struggles to find a cabin to fit you all without having to spend on 2 or maybe 3 interconnecting cabins?  Well look no further than my guide to the family cabins on different cruise lines – say goodbye to booking multiple cabins next door or worried about not being next to each other.  I never went on a cruise as a child, however, I know my parents did have a job finding big enough rooms for all of us, and more often than not, it would mean us going Self Catering in order to get the 2 or 3 bedroom apartments.

So read on for my guide to some of the best family cabins that are available at sea –

Symphony of the Seas

Onboard the brand new Symphony of the Seas will be one of Royal Caribbean’s most incredible new features.

The Ultimate Family Suite is a massive 1,346 square foot, two-storey loft, that will sleep up to 8 guests. It contains two bedrooms, a master room for the parents and the kid’s bedroom, equipped with bunk beds and a slide which takes them to the ground floor.

The suite will also be kitted out with:

-A 3D movie room containing an 85-inch video monitor, equipped with gaming consoles and popcorn machine

-A floor-to-ceiling Lego wall

-Air hockey table

-A Royal Genie to make sure you have everything need

The incredible additions spill out onto the 212 square foot wrap-around balcony which will have a climbing structure, hot tub & pool table.

MSC Preziosa and MSC Divina – Super Family Suites

Spacious accommodation for up to 6 people comprising two connecting triple cabins, two bathrooms and two balconies. The Super Family cabin comes at a fixed per-cabin price, regardless of how many people actually use it.

This type of accommodation is available only on MSC Preziosa and MSC Divina.

NCL Haven 2 Bedroom Villa

Chic décor adds a modern twist to this sumptuous villa. The master bedroom provides you with a retreat, whilst your kids can have their own room with a flat-screen TV and private bath. A private balcony completes this sanctuary at sea. Sleeps up to six guests.

Available on Norwegian Escape, Norwegian Getaway, Norwegian Breakaway, Norwegian Epic, Norwegian Gem, Norwegian Jade, Norwegian Jewel, Norwegian Bliss, and Norwegian Pearl.

There are of course other family cabins across the Cruising Family – from P&O to Thomson but these are the pick of the bunch.  So if you have a larger than life family, fear not, there is a cruise and a cabin for everyone.
