Island Escape to be replaced by Splendour of the Seas in 2016

Tui admits this is the first step in their latest modernisation strategy, but what how will loyal Royal Caribbean customers feel. Splendour has a huge following mainly due to the popular Eastern Mediterranean itineraries she does in the summer months and also because many customers still enjoy the smaller ships.

Royal are not on any shortage of new ships to replace Splendour, with Anthem of the Seas on her way this year followed by Harmon of the Seas in 2016.

What are your thoughts on Thomson Cruises latest aquisition !!
