We have successfully run our Garden Cruise programme for many years now and have a very loyal band of cruisers who join us on a regular basis on these delightful cruises.

In 2016 we have a very special offering which we have put together to celebrate 25 years of Gardeners World Magazine. Not only will you spend 11 nights on board the very lovely home from home, Fred Olsen’s Braemar, visiting some lovely ports such as Honfleur, La Rochelle and Montoir-de-Bretagne, you will also be cruising along some of Frances most beautiful rivers – the Seine, the Gironde and the Garonne and enjoying the beautiful scenery along the banks of these rivers.

You will be accompanied by the very lovely, not to mention handsome, Matt Biggs and let me tell you, there isn’t much that guy doesn’t know about gardening. There will also be more gardening specialists joining Matt so watch this space for more names.

During the cruise Matt will host a drinks party and will spend some time doing question and answer session with out guests, sharing his wealth of knowledge. He will also be accompanying our guests on two very special excursions that are included in the cost of your trip. One of which is to Monet’s beautiful garden. A while ago one of my colleagues visited this garden and she said it was breathtakingly beautiful. The other excursion is to Bois des Moutiers, a 30 acre estate famous for its rhododendrons, azaleas and magnolias.

Now a celebration wouldn’t be a celebration without a drink would it? And as this is a very special occasion ALL your drinks on board will be complimentary. Sounds like this is going to be a right royal knees up doesn’t it!
