Winter Sunshine!
It’s that time again! I am off on holiday for a week of sunshine in Fuerteventura with my husband. This will actually be our first holiday all year just the 2 of us, every other holiday this year has involved the family so it will be great to do our own thing, eat where we want , get up when we want , stay up as late as we want and so on!
We have chosen just a week self-catering in the resort of Corralejo, as we enjoy eating out especially local speciality dishes and we love tapas! We have both been to Corralejo but not for over 10 years so it will be good to see how the resort has changed but the main thing for us is to relax in the sunshine and enjoy some time together. Temperatures are still 25c plus which sounds perfect to me! Although I do still need to pack so I will have a busy evening tonight!
