Transatlantic Fashion Week with Cunard

In 2016 Cunard will celebrate the world of fashion, food and dance by offering three themed itineraries. The inagural Transatlantic Fashion week voyage arrives in New York on the 8th of September, the day New York Fashion week begins, following a 7 night voyage across the atlantic on board the Queen Mary 2.  On board guests will be accompanied by hosts Dame Zandra Rhodes CBE, a British Fashion Designer. Fashion Historian Colin  Mcdowell and commentator Fern Wallis who is the founder of New York Fashion Week.  For any fashionistas out there you’ll definitley be in for a treat.

In June 22015 the Queen Elizabeth will be offering food lovers the chance to treat themselves to a British Isles Culinary Discovery. The cruise will feature big names from the world of gastronomy including Charles Sichel and British Wine Critic Jilly Goolden.

As well as all this the three Queens will host their very own Big Band Balls in November 2016 for dance and music lovers. Cunards biggest orchestra of the year will perform music made famous by Glenn Miller, Count Basie and Duke Ellington.

For Cunard to offer these themes definitely puts them at the forefront. What with all the cookery shows we have on TV at the moment cooking is getting more and more popular. I think these will be a sell out as they offering something unique, what you can’t anywhere else.
