I Have a new Addition

So I am bursting at the seems to share some lovely news that happened to my family over the weekend…

A friend of mine had stopped me whilst dropping off the boys at school and randomly asked me if I wanted his dog!! To be honest my boys have wanted a dog for ages and kept bugging me about it. I kept saying No before I came to work for cruise.co.uk, it would be unfair as we would have to leave the little pooch for too long. For the past 3 months or more, we have been trawling rescue sites and various other avenues but you never know what your letting yourself in for.

So you can imagine what my house was like on Friday evening when the children came home from school and I had some exciting news to tell them. I sat them both down and said “Whats the one thing you have been asking me for a long time?” My youngest replied and said “A Scooter”. I said No, after a painful 5 minutes or so, I put them out of their misery and told them we were finally able to have a dog!. Excited children was an under statement.

So without further a do, I would like to introduce you all to Lily.

Lily is a Sprocker! She is 6 years old and so loving and just simply adorable, her previous owner was working longer hours and had decided that it was just too unfair to leave her for hours on end. He was filling out the paperwork to send her to our local Blue Cross Rescue Centre. There is no way I could say No.

My job is amazing as I work from home, so I can give Lily all the attention that she deserves, it will also encourage me to get away from my desk and take her out and to enjoy the lovely countryside that surrounds me.
