Virgin Voyages Scarlet Lady to Visit UK
Virgin Voyages have recently announce that Scarlet Lady – The first ship for the Virgin Voyages fleet will be calling into 2 UK Ports En route from Genoa where she is currently being built to Miami where she will home port for her inaugural season.
The calls will be in Dover and Liverpool and will take place in February 2020. She will then sail to Miami where she will offer 4 and 5 night sailings to the Caribbean and Cuba on board this industry first 2750-passenger cruise ship
So what do we know so far
Tattoo studios at sea?! I know, but Scarlet lady will be giving ‘Sailors’ the opportunity to get inked on board
Non traditional Cuisine – Think Food trucks, Taco stands and absolutely no supplements on board all dining options are complimentary and with 20+ places to eat on board you will be spoilt for Choice. There will be no dress codes, No buffet and No main dining room. There will be Themed eateries on board to try out a different one every day and sample culinary delights from across the globe
Cabins – 93% of cabins on board the ship will offer Sea views and 86% of the ships private hideaways will have a sea terrace with layouts that boast to optimize space. Each cabin has been custom created with the introduction of the Seabed – a transformational Sofa-bed style concept giving the opportunity to invite friends into your cabin and socialise. Each of the sea Terraces on board will be fitted with a custom-designed hammocks. If you are wanting to really push the boat out Scarlet Lady will boast over 70 Rock star Suites on board – Located in prime positions on board, consist of Floor to Ceiling Marble Bathrooms and if you stay in a Rock star Suite you will gain exclusive access to Richard’s Rooftop – a members only outdoor area. Each of the suites offer a different feel and amenities and range from 570 Sq ft to 2147 Sq Ft
Entertainment – The entertainment on board is themed all around music, with exclusive night clubs, Pool parties and much more. Superstar DJ Mark Ronson will be Resident at the Bimini Beach club for the summer 2020 season and will offer four exclusive performances
