MSC Bellissima – Part 2

In my previous blog I wrote about my recent experience on board the brand new MSC Bellissima before she set sail on her Maiden Voyage

In my previous blog I wrote about my first impressions of the ship and the WOW factor of this brand new mega-ship

Open Deck Facilities

Bellissima really is the ship with something for everyone from the onboard waterpark (Unfortunately the weather in Southampton stopped us from trying this feature out) The huge Atmosphere pool complete with Giant Screen and the Yacht Club outdoor area offering a Ship within a ship experience

For Families, there is a vast amount of onboard activities for Kids and Big Kids alike! Check out the Sportsplex for daytime games and the 3 Children’s clubs that cater to different age groups as well as a VR Maze, interactive Cinema and 2 F1 Simulators

Cabins

I was allocated a Bella Balcony on deck 8, The cabin itself was surprisingly spacious with plenty of storage room, equipped with my own personal cabin assistant ‘Zoe’ Who was very informative in telling me what the full itinerary for the day on board and what entertainment was going on throughout the ship in the evening

Whilst on board I took a sneak peek at some of the other cabins on board including the incredible Duplex Suite, Located on Deck 12 this 2 Story Cabin complete with hot tub and a full panoramic window so you can take in the views without having to get out of bed.. Heaven!

MSC also cater very well for Families when it comes to cabins and have a selection of family cabins on board, as well as Accessible cabins and cabins for Solo cruisers.

Food – During our brief time on board the ship was alive with options to try all of the Dining options, the various speciality Restaurants offered tasters of the sort of Cuisine they offered, for lunch we headed to the buffet restaurant – This buffet is open around the clock and caters for every taste with various stations offering different options. For our evening meal we dined in the main restaurant and the food was fantastic, we had a choice of 4 Courses and the Shrimp would definitely be my go to dish if I was to sail with MSC again!

My experience on board MSC Bellissima was certainly an enjoyable one.. Would I choose MSC for my own holiday? Absolutely! I will be sailing on Preziosa in August and look forward to experiencing more of what MSC have to offer
