Does it Make a Difference?

When spending time dreaming of your ideal cruise and thinking of all those wonderful ports of call that you will be so excited to visit, do you really think or spend much time about the cabin you are looking to book?

In all fairness some customers just want the leading price in a cruise vacation, however some customers “push the boat out” and want the most for their money including upgraded cabins. Does the cabin itself make the cruise, no but it certainly helps to enjoy the time you spend whilst in your cabin, as some customers would say.

Personally I know I would rather get the best value for my cruise vacation and spend my money more wisely with on-board services and excursions. I would love to have a balcony / suite cabin but until I win the lottery I don’t think this will happen, not saying that balcony / suite cabins are costing the earth.

Customers seem to be very savvy these days with money and booking when the best promotions are available, making sure they get the best for what they are paying. Some customers prefer to be mid-section of the ship, some customers prefer to be at the aft or forward section of the ship, it purely comes down to the fact of your own opinion.

What are you thoughts on this matter?
