Couple’s Medical Emergency in Turkey Raises Issue of Cruise Line Responsibility Abroad

Should cruise lines be doing more? Is it horrible to think that cruise lines are not doing more to ensure the safety of their customers? Personally I have never been ill or needed any major medical assistance but I do hear of some horror stories based on customers not receiving the best available support.
