The problem with Msc and I hear this on the phone everyday is the misconceptions that are around yes they are different to P&O but so are Cunard and Royal Caribbean .
It would be pretty boring if every ship and company were the same.

What do I get asked every day ? Let me share with you the answers from my experience …..

Everyone will be Italian! Nope actually despite everyone thinking that, they are actually Mediterranean as it says on the tin !! As I experienced there are lots of nationalities onboard but being slightly ignorant the good news is English language is the most recognised across europe.English was always the first spoken language on the announcements of which there wasn’t many

What about the entertainment ???
Well this cant be an issue can it ? I hear this all the time I wont be able to understand the shows, How much talking is there on any other cruise line’s shows ?? Its the same musical and dancing line,acrobats, magicians iv’e got to say my whole family though the shows were fantastic.

I don’t like Italian food !!
First of all the food won’t all be Italian, it won’t even all be Mediterranean. You will notice a bit more of a slant towards that style of cooking on-board but just like all cruise lines everywhere there’ll be a wide variety of choices on-board. Have you ever had a meal on a P&O or Thomson ship that wasn’t English? Similarly MSC have a wide choice of dishes too.

One of the Great selling points about MSC has got to be the prices!!
Child prices upto the age of 18 , Christmas cruises including flights and drinks only £549. This year they have some amazing prices and they are trying so hard to get into the british market with their fantastic Fly cruises. ( No low cost airlines they use … BRITISH AIRWAYS !! How is that italian ????
