Well here we are Part 3.
Your Cabin
Anthem has a fantastic range of cabins to suit all tastes and budgets and being the technically advanced ship that she is even an inside cabin has a balcony! Well Virtually!
I stayed in a D3 Superior Balcony cabin which was spacious and had an airy feel to it. I like the fact that the wardrobes are either side of the bed with proper doors rather than on a rail next to the bathroom. The bathroom was roomy as was the shower.
Having recently been on the New Britannia I have to say for a similar category cabin this was bigger, better thought out and had a much larger balcony and with lovely balcony furniture not the plastic rubbish I had last time on Adventure of the Seas.
The TV was on the wall leaving more space and for those families with lots of mobiles, tablets etc there are 2 USB plugs to charge as well as the normal plugs so room for all your devices.
TOP TIP!
A frequently asked question! Were there tea and coffee making facilities in the cabin? The simple answer is yes. There is a kettle and tea making but if you are a coffee drinker then you need to bring your own as only teabags were provided no sachets of coffee. I didn’t see any in the windjammer either as the coffee was in a machine here.
So down to the Nitti Gritty.

I am not going to bore you a blow by blow on every single cabin type just generally the ones that have a difference.
An Inside Stateroom (With Virtual Balcony)
The Virtual Balcony was great although I was a little alarmed at the noise of the ocean when I first walked in thinking how is anyone going to sleep but the crew member pointed out it has a remote control and a mute button so you can simulate an open or shut balcony. Fab!
