The First Look: Oceania’s Insignia Just Emerged From A Major Makeover

Oceania’s Insignia is the first ship within the luxury fleet to receive the major OceaniaNEXT makeover. The 684-passenger cruise ship has debuted its new look right before the vessel’s world cruise. The 180-day trip will visit five continents and 90 ports with 14 overnights; it departed from New York on January 11th and arrived in Miami on January 16th. Insignia went into a 16-day dry dock for the renovation which updated almost all of the ship’s cabins, suites and public areas in November 2018. Oceania Offer You The Best Of The Best With Two New Groundbreaking Ships

Fans of Oceania Cruises will be pleased to hear of a new deal agreed with Fincantieri to build two new ships. The two 67,000 gross ton vessels will be delivered in 2022 and 2025, accommodating 1,200 passengers. Both of the new additions will be a part of a brand new class, the Allura class, and the contract price for both is approximately €575 million per ship.
