The Most Romantic Place On Earth

Everyone has a bucket list, either what they want to do or where they want to go. Ever since I was a little girl watching a TV programme at school I have had a yearning to go to the South Pacific. At 54 I have not yet got close but still determined that one day I will get there.

For me the South Pacific is summed up with destinations such as Samoa and Bora Bora.  Today, I saw one of our Tailor Made packages which includes Bora Bora but also includes a fantastic cruise on a very lovely luxury cruise liner and to top it all it is for 2018 which means I can save up!

In summary does this not just sound the best? Fly to Bora Bora and stay 4 nights in the fantastic Intercontinental hotel. During your time here, just unwind, marvel at the wonderful scenery and maybe do a bit of snorkelling with sharks. Then if you can be dragged away from here board the lovely Oceania insignia and cruise to these romantic destinations such as Tahiti, Raiatea, Nuku Hiva in the South Pacific before heading across the Pacific Ocean onwards to the Hawaiian Islands, such as Honolulu, Lahaina then arrive in Los Angeles have 1 night stay at the iconic Beverly Wilshire in Beverly Hills before coming home.

Sounds a plan? The itinerary is right up my street, but hang on, what about the cruise? Oceania are a lovely cruise liner. With only 684 guests she is probably the perfect size to get really pampered. A touch of class, wherever you go on the ship there are fabulous pieces of art on the walls, the most fantastic food, wines, and service – it really is just perfect.
