What’s Yours?

What is your Bucket List?  Do you have more then 1?  My ultimate bucket list is to go to French Polynesia, and stay in Samoa. Ever since i was 8 year old i have wanted to go and now I am nearly 57 – I doubt it will happen!

The definition of a Bucket List is – “a number of experiences or achievements that a person hopes to have or accomplish during their lifetime.” – I bet one or more of these has to be the same as me, which is going to some far off place!  With that thought in your head, and your bucket list pending, why not have a look on our website or if you have a brochure at our fabulous Bucket List trips you can do.

One of the most popular ones is the trip to South America which takes in Iguazu Falls, Rio & Machu Picchu. Having been to Peru and Machu Picchu I can tell you it is fantastic, not to be missed at all. There is also the great Ultimate Alaska which includes the Rocky Mountaineer train. I have had quite a few clients on this who tell me it is out of this world – the scenery looks amazing.

If neither of the above are on your “list” then what about going “down under?” There is a wonderful Australia & New Zealand trip in January 2020 which must tick all the boxes. Or a Discover Australia  which includes Barrier Reef and Ayers Rock.

As I look at these every day the 2 which I particularly like at the moment are the India’s Golden Triangle with the Festival of Colours – really sounds great. A 8 day escorted tour of India’s Golden Triangle, a sunset tour of the Taj Mahal and a dinner with Elephants.  The other which i have to say is really selling well is the 2 Queens Reunite. Basically fly to Dubai and stay 3 nights on board the QE2 which is now a rather fab hotel. Have a tour of the ship/hotel and a fantastic cocktail reception and  a Queens Grill dining experience before you transfer to the Queen Mary for a 20 night cruise back to Southampton. The cruise takes in Aqaba in Jordan, the Suez Canal and Limassol in Cyprus which you don’t normally get.

Of course there are a few more if these do not tempt you such as, Costa Rica & the Panama Canal, Seven Wonders Of The World, Grand Tour Of China, Ultimate South Africa & a Kruger safari, Colours of New England, Japan and the Snow Monkeys, Canada & Alaska Wilderness experience and a new one which is The American Steam Queen  – very different and unique!

Is it not that time in your life that you deserve your Bucket List? – I know I do, but as my husband keeps telling me, I may work in a Ferrari garage but I cant buy a Ferrari car! ( I hope you can!)
