Johnny Rockets on board

I’ve always enjoyed the fine dining on cruise ships. Part of the dressing up and being waited on. But even though the table service is great and the waiters really go out their way to serve you, but personally I like the feel of the atmosphere in a less informal environment. Even at sea with many restaurants I do like to have some of the junk food you can get on land. Thumbs up to Royal Caribbean for having the 50’s style American diner Johnny Rockets on board. I love the Navigator of the seas. It’s my most favourite ship to date. Everything about her is just jaw dropping gorgeous and I can’t wait to board her again in the future. Like most people I like the variety of food available and as I love the USA and quite partial to a Hamburger, Johnny Rockets is awesome. The 50’s style atmosphere, the old classic songs and even the waiters who come out from behind the counter to dance make it an enjoyable place to have Hamburger and Fries away from the fine dining. The Malt shakes are just delicious and I try not to pig out at lunch time as I do make an effort to attend the evening table service. All ships have a buffet restaurant  but not all have a Johnny Rockets. And I can’t be the only one who likes to see these famous diners on board as there is always a queue to get in. If this isn’t your thing there is always the Windjammer cafe as well as the speciality restaurants like the Portofino and the Chops grille. My next cruise is on her smaller sister the Majesty of the seas and I’ll be sure to visit my favourite diner there too but Navigator hopefully see you soon.
