Is it too early to put up your Christmas tree?

Looking around at some of the big shops on the high street, especially like Harrods in London. They have no problem with getting a big tree up and all the decorations for the festive season. I personally think it’s a little early as kids have only just gone back to school. The leaves have yet to all have fallen and winter isn’t quite with us. That said it’s still pretty cold and many people do actually do Christmas shopping in advance so do they have a point in putting the tree up as early as September? I think i’m going to be putting mine up the first Sunday in november. That’s still early but I just can’t compete with Harrods on this one. My tree though is like the best in the neighbourhood so look out for pictures on here at a later date. If anyone thinks they can compare against my tree I look forward to seeing yours. 🙂
