Unique Things To Do That Will Blow Your Mind When Cruising

Cruising is the ideal time to tick those must do things off your bucket list.  On an cruise the world is really your oyster.  There are so many things you can do from walking on top of an Opera House for the best view of the city, to visiting the lantern festival that will give you the most unbelievable holiday photos to take away with you forever…

Here are a few suggestions of unique things to do to start your bucket list rolling

Sled The Snow in Tromso

A dog sledding adventure is the best way to capture the amazing Norwegian scenery.  Tromso is the largest city in Northern Norway and is located 350 km from the Arctic Circle.  I’m sure you will love this as much as the Husky’s do!

Explore The Extinct

The extinct volcano on Easter Island is one of the world’s most amazing natural wonders.  A natural ampitheatre (200 metres deep) framing a large freshwater lake was formed when it had a spectacular eruption two and a half million years ago.  This is a perfect picture moment to tick off your bucket list!

Light Up The Sky

This is known as one of the most ‘Fantastic Festivals of the World’ and it is a must for those who want to witness something mesmerizing and unforgettable. You will see 19 light-themed, decorated areas around Yunlin, Taiwan.  You will get to witness a dazzling sea of lights with handheld lanterns, live performances and an awe inspiring sight of thousands of gigantic lanterns to sparkle the scene around you.  This is definitely a picture perfect moment to have.

Touch The Sky

New Zealand is one place that most people want to tick off from their bucket list.  One of the must do’s for the adrenalin junkies comes in the form of plummeting 192 metres from the island’s Sky Tower at 85km an hour!  Its certificate of excellence guarantees this to be worth facing.  It is on top of the country’s highest tower.  Are you brave enough to tackle this?  If not you can always opt for the SkyWalk which is located on the same tower where you can edge along a narrow walkway (with no handrails) 192 metres above Auckland…

I hope you have enjoyed finding out about these unique things you can do when visiting places on a cruise.  If any of these are on your bucket list contact me on 0333 300 2825 or [email protected] and I can help you.

Until next time Happy Cruising!
